Nonviolent Communication Boston

These workshops have helped many people learn more effective and empathetic communication strategies. I feel that Nonviolent Communication is a great tool for talking to children and to other adults such as co-parents, teachers, and babysitters.

Positive Parenting Solutions

This organization provides parenting classes for parents of children of all ages. I participated in a Positive Parenting professional development workshop and found the trainer to be a model example of the approach, as well as sharing tons of practical suggestions.

OTA of Watertown: Sensory Integration Specialists

Children who have trouble navigating using a safe body, cooperating, balancing, using precise finger movements, or seem overly or under-sensitive to sensations may need occupational therapy, or sensory integration support. I trust OTA of Watertown and refer families to them often.
